Nani Sadowski-Alvarez, PMP, CPHIMS has been a Program/Project Manager for twelve years in a variety of industries. She has created project offices from the ground floor along with the templates, policies, procedures, metrics, and methodology that serve as the foundation. Experienced in managing large scale multi-million dollar global projects and programs as well as small/medium size projects that target departmental and clinical unit specific initiatives, she has conducted organizational process analysis and enhancements to streamline and standardize procedures as well as to generate departmental and organizational efficiencies. She has extensive experience facilitating and managing enterprise wide project portfolios along with the metrics reporting, statistical measures, capital dollar planning and forecasting, and resource allocation in support of a portfolio of projects, programs and organizational initiatives. Sadowski-Alvarez has focused upon PMO’s in Healthcare over the past 8 years with experience in banking software, insurance, entrepreneurial initiatives, and much more during the years prior. She has spoken at numerous global conferences surrounding templates, methodology, implementation of PMO’s and Risks as well as contributed to PMI PMBOK efforts, PMP training courses, Dr. Harold Kerzner’s Global Project Management Books and several White Papers.
