Ed has been a member of the PMI and the Space Coast, FL Chapter since 2005 and received his PMP certification in 2006. In 2007, Ed served on the Space Coast, FL Chapter Board as the VP for Administration. In 2008, Ed served as President of the Chapter.
Personal Experience/Qualifications:
Ed is a Senior Program Manager with General Dynamics whose business focus is in the area of Modeling, Simulation and Training, as well as systems/software engineering for large-scale research and development programs. He has served in a program management capacity with General Dynamics for over 11 years. In this role, he has maintained responsibility, accountability, and authority for leadership, customer satisfaction, overall performance, schedule, and profit/loss for several training programs and products throughout their entire life cycle. Currently, Ed is managing product development and strategic definition for Marine Corps advanced training and simulation programs.
Ed is recognized throughout the company for developing strong cross-functional teams; he has established working environments that foster professional growth for team members as well as positive relationships with customers, government agencies, and suppliers. Additionally, he has been a key participant for defining software and systems engineering processes and plans, implementing Earned Value Management Systems, and applying CMMI and ISO standards. Prior to joining General Dynamics, Ed worked as a Systems Engineer for both Grumman and ENSCO primarily supporting NASA and the USAF Eastern Range.

Jason O. Breitfeller, ABD, MBA, PMP – President, BrietIdeas Inc.
Jason has served on the Board of the Space Coast PMI Chapter for the last three years as the Vice President of Membership. When Jason started his tenure as the VP of Membership, the Chapter had 145 members (January 9, 2006). As of November 2008, the membership of the chapter currently stands at 276 members. The chapter size has almost doubled during the timeframe that Jason has been the VP of Membership.
Jason Breitfeller is President and Owner of BreitIdeas Inc., a business management consulting firm focused on implementing proven solutions for complex, program management challenges. In addition to Jason’s consulting business, he is a professor in the graduate program at Webster University’s College of Business and Technology where he teaches Strategy, Pricing and Operations/Project Management. Jason is also a Senior Instructional Specialist for Velociteach, a PMI Registered Education Provider for Project Management Training. Prior to founding BreitIdeas, Jason functioned in the Aerospace and Defense industry holding various business management and program management positions with Northrop Grumman and L-3 Communications. Jason has advanced knowledge and understanding of several government organizations, including the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation and the Department of Homeland Security, through his experience in managing an advanced development engineering group responsible for creating innovative solutions for the U.S. government.
Jason holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University, a M.B.A. from Webster University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership and Development from Barry University. Jason maintains professional certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and certification as a Lead Auditor for ISO9000.
Jason is the Treasurer for the Lead Brevard Board of Directors where he serves on the Executive Committee and is the Vice-President of the Webster Space Coast Alumni Association. He is also a member of the Finance Committee for the St. Mary’s Catholic School. Jason regularly volunteers with the Small Business Development Center to provide business advice to people trying to start or grow a business.
Jason lives in Viera East and is married with two boys who love to play golf and cheer on their favorite NASCAR driver. He has been a resident of Brevard County for 23 years and is actively involved in making the community the preferred place to live and raise a family.

I have over 20 years of Project Management & Project Engineering experience. I am currently a Project Manager at Kennedy Space Center working for United Space Alliance. I have been the PM and supported other PMs on many projects ranging from $50,000 to $40,000,000 while working at KSC. I believe in the principals of the PMP and practice those principals on all my projects as policies and procedures dictate. At my last place of employment, Arizona Public Service (APS), I worked at their Nuclear Power Plant as a Project Engineer, System Engineering Manager, Systems Director, and Project Manager for many plant equipment replacements and facility additions. The budget for these projects ranged from $10,000 to $250,000,000. While at this plant I was the Chair, Treasurer & Secretary for the American Nuclear Society, Arizona Chapter. In her current assignment, she leads Business Process Outsourcing implementation projects for Human Resources Information Systems.
Ms. Delmater is co-author of Data Mining Explained: A Manager's Guide to Customer-Centric Business Intelligence, published by Digital Press, in June, 2000. Her community and professional service has included board positions with Melbourne Yacht Club (MYC) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Rick has been with Riverside Bank since September 2006. He was hired into the Riverside I/T Project Management Office as a Senior Project Manager. In February of 2007 Rick was task with managing the Riverside Project Management Office. Rick manages 4 project managers at Riverside as well as manages various enterprise wide projects for the bank. He is task with maintaining communication with Riverside’s executive management team and sits on the Bank Technology Steering Committee. He teaches classes in Project Management for Riverside National Bank and works with other project managers in the area preparing for the PMP exam. Before coming to Riverside, Rick worked for Harris Corporation in Melbourne Florida as a Network Planning Specialist assisting in redesign and implementation of a new communications infrastructure for the FAA.
