This discussion will be about the tools and techniques used by enterprise architecture to visualize the current state and future state of the project solution using a simple EA framework to show business, operations, systems (ad data), and technology relationships, and what is being changed through a gap analysis. Even if your company does not have an EA capability, many PMs and BAs can use these tools to improve project delivery. |

William has 20 Years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management. Currently, he is a consultant with Momentum Consulting Corp. in Miami providing leadership and advanced project management support for large portfolios. William's Enterprise Architecture experience is based on a contract with Cisco Systems in San Jose where he was a BA helping to define the requirements for applying the BOST framework within Cisco. BOST refers to a simplification in the EA views: Business, Operations, Systems (and Data) and Technology.
