Nominee - VP of Communications: Anthony DeFilippo
My Vision:

I am interested in the VP of Communications role because I know my 5years experience running a small business have engrained the importance of managing communications and ensuring a presence in this digital age. From managing my website to managing social sites, a strong presence is crucial in the success of any corporation, big or small. I look forward to the opportunity to bring these skills in support of furthering PMI Space Coast’s reach.
Bio:

I have served as a Project Manager, for the last two and a half years at Kennedy Space Center. For the last seven months, I have been supporting the KPLSS contract as their sole project manager. Prior to this, I served the ISC contract starting in May 2017. As a fresher-project manager, I didn’t quite know what I was getting myself into, but must say this is MY career path. One of my greatest pleasures in project management is to work with my ENG and TECH teams to bring a project from cradle to grave. When I’m not supporting KPLSS, I am studying for my Masters in Materials Engineering, or wind-permitting, out on the water kiteboarding.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
