The Collier Companies is seeking a Construction Project Manager!
This role will report out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. The successful Project Manager will have a minimum of 5 years of field experience in multi-family construction management. The Project Manager is responsible for: construction project over site, project coordination, job costing and estimating, working with municipalities & governmental agencies, interacting with and reporting to JV partners/owners/GC’s, RFI’s, change orders, submittals/resubmittals, maintaining schedule, budgets, field workmanship, draw process, contract negotiation/review of sub-consultants, etc.
