Jana Jenkins
Operational Excellence Director with L3Harris Technologies
Jana Jenkins has worked for companies such as GE, Hill-Rom, and WellStar Health Systems and she is a certified Lean Leader, Master Black Belt and has her PMP certification. She has held various roles such as Director, Quality Manager, and multiple Lean Leader and Engineering Manager roles for both transactional and manufacturing entities. She had the opportunity to be an adjunct instructor for Kennesaw State University and Emory University. Currently, she is an Operational Excellence Director with L3Harris Technologies in the Melbourne area. Jana holds a BS degree in Architecture Design and then completed her MS degree in Computer Science with a minor in math. She has been working with continuous improvement concepts for about 25 years and really enjoys what she does.
