Secured construction and long term financing for the project. Coordinated fundraising and capitial campaign efforts with parishioners. ❖ Planned, executed and monitored all of the project phases through the full roll out of the franchise facilities. Project included talent recruitment and training of 15 full time staff members, the purchasing and installation of all machinery and equipment including printing equipment, digital copiers, desktops, telephone system and signage. Responsible for $1M project budget. ❖ Directed and supervised project construction of new 55,000 s/ft. plant facility and installation of a state-of-the-art office furniture processing machines and accessories equipment with total investment of $10 million. Plant was a model facility and one of the best equipped in the Caribbean and Central America.
