June 2023 Newsletter: Message from the Chapter President
Hello! PMI Space Coast Members
We had a great turn-out for our May virtual Lunch and Learn and Networking Social event. Join us for the June 15th dinner in-person event at Baci in Rockledge, our board member Jamie Wellborn will be sharing his experience and benefits of Project Leadership and Effective Communications to deliver projects successfully.
Our July virtual Lunch and Learn will be presented by Cherise Reguero on Intro to Smart Sheet PMO Tools to help project managers and teams to better manage projects, tasks, resources, and timelines. As these are virtual events, please update your mail app to accept pmispacecoast.org as a safe sender so that the call connection emails that we send you don't go to your junk email. Our Lunch and Learns are incredibly popular. Please contact vpprofdev@pmispacecoast.org to sign up as a speaker. We are looking for a speaker for next year.
Our 2023 Awards Season is open! Please see below for details about our awards, how to qualify, and instructions for nominating candidates. The nomination form is here.
Please register and come to our in-person events - we will be raffling gifts and have just received new swag to give out, but you must come to the event to participate in our give aways.
We are promoting Peak's virtual PMP Exam Preparation Course. Registration details are on our website.
