Roy A. Nyquist has 30+ years of government procurement and contracting experience across the acquisition lifecycle, including pre- and post-award support and acquisition reform as both a contracting officer and instructor. A retired U.S. Army Acquisition Officer (2003), he served with U.S. Special Operations Command at MacDill AFB and U.S. Central Command leading host nation support agreements. He is President of RN Contracting Solutions, LLC (SDVOSB), providing contract management consulting and training, and has taught DAU/FAI courses to federal agencies since 2004. He holds an MS in Contract Management from Florida Institute of Technology and is President of the NCMA Space Coast Florida Chapter.
