AI in Project Management Forum: Space Coast PMI Chapter

Objective: To build real competency in the use of AI in project management and share it broadly.

Key Topics:  Building AI Governance; Expanding on using AI Tools for Project Management; Discuss topics for research by the Forum and set goals for the next session.  

 

Participation

All interested parties, including project managers, AI enthusiasts, students, and professionals.

Open to PMI members and non-members alike, encouraging a diverse range of participants.

 

Engagement:

Active participation through discussions, workshops, and collaborative projects.

 

Meetings:

Held quarterly to maintain regular engagement and momentum.

Remote sessions utilizing online platforms like Zoom for virtual meetings.

The PMP prep session will provide a comprehensive overview of the PMP application process, exam content and domains, as well as proven strategies and resources to help attendees succeed on the test.

  • Guide attendees through the step-by-step process of applying for the PMP exam, including eligibility requirements and documentation tips.
  • Review the PMP Exam Content Outline
  • Provide an overview of the exam structure, key domains (People, Process, Business Environment), and the types of questions to expect.
  • Explore Effective Study Strategies and Resources
  • Share practical tips, study plans, and trusted resources to help participants prepare efficiently and confidently.
  • Demystify the Exam Experience
    Discuss test-taking strategies, time management techniques, and what to expect on exam day.
  • Encourage a Clear Path to Certification
  • Empower participants with a realistic timeline and actionable next steps to stay motivated and on track toward PMP certification.
