With five years of expertise in areas such as IFRS, SSAE18/SOC1, and AI Governance Maturity, Sydney delivers robust solutions while ensuring financial and SOX risks are addressed. Her background includes managing IT control testing for financial audits, participating in Service Organization Control Reviews, and developing responsible AI frameworks. Sydney has guided clients in creating and enhancing their AI risk strategies, focusing on scalable processes and long-term sustainability. Her work includes project management, modernizing business processes, and consistently meeting deadlines while effectively communicating with stakeholders. Sydney’s commitment ensures organizations leverage AI responsibly and adapt to technological advancements.
Nana Amonoo-Neizer, Director Risk Strategy & Trusted AI
As a leader in the KPMG Trusted AI team, Nana specializes in conducting comprehensive technology research and collaborating with industry experts to help clients mitigate risks associated with AI and transformation tools. His professional experience includes developing KPMG’s AI Target Operating Model, AI Governance Framework, AI Program Maturity Assessment, and Trusted AI framework. He has led AI risk assessments, including for Generative AI implementations, and created methodologies for risk calculation. Additionally, he has have overseen the operationalization of AI Governance programs and developed AI risk and control matrices. His work spans multiple industries, advising on governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk and control rationalization, including during organizational mergers.
