This quarter, we are proud to host two dynamic speakers from Alluvionic—Adam Harris, Director of Government Programs and former Air Force innovation leader, and Anushri Channagiri, Enterprise Program Manager and transformation strategist. Together, they will guide us through the critical topic of Organizational Change Management—a must-know framework for today’s project leaders navigating complexity, stakeholder resistance, and evolving business environments.

Adam previously served at the U.S. Air Force Futures directorate, where he helped shape the future of air and space power through advanced research and high-impact program design.

Adam’s deep expertise in situational leadership, agile program management, and high-stakes decision-making has enabled measurable transformation across mission-critical initiatives.

Anushri Channagiri

Enterprise Program Manager, Alluvionic
