Daniel Elliott - Director, Change Management – Health First

Daniel Elliott is a seasoned change leader with deep expertise in driving complex transformations across the healthcare, technology, and life sciences industries. He currently serves as Director of Change Management at Health First, where he leads enterprise-wide change strategies to support the successful implementation and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives.

Daniel is both a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) through the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), where he previously served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter.

With over a decade of experience, Daniel has helped global organizations achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes through effective change leadership. At the core of his approach is a people-first philosophy: building authentic connections, listening with intention, mentoring others, and inspiring growth through change.
