Amanda Harris, MBA, PMP, is a senior project and transformation leader with experience leading cross-functional initiatives across IT, supply chain, digital operations, PMO development, process improvement, and organizational change. She has built project management frameworks, strengthened governance practices, improved executive reporting, and helped teams turn complex business needs into clear, actionable execution plans.
Amanda currently serves as Vice President of Communications & Technology for the PMI Space Coast Florida Chapter, where she supports chapter communications, digital engagement, member experience, and technology-enabled operations. Her leadership style blends structure, strategic clarity, and practical communication — with a focus on helping teams stay aligned, accountable, and connected throughout the project lifecycle.
At the June 2026 Quarterly Dinner, Amanda will present “Communication Is Not a Deliverable: It’s the Delivery System,” a practical session on how project leaders can use communication as a strategic tool to improve stakeholder alignment, reduce risk, and drive better project outcomes.
