Austin George is a Project Manager, AI Consultant, and process improvement leader known for helping individuals and organizations grow through structured strategy, modern tools, and practical execution. With expert-level knowledge in AI implementation and a strong foundation in project management, he focuses on improving processes, strengthening operations, and helping people work smarter and more effectively. He holds both the PMP and CSM certifications and serves on the board of PMI Space Coast as the Director of Career Development. Austin is also the CEO of Global Growth Staffing Solutions & Consulting, where he provides consulting services for companies as well as one-on-one support focused on process improvement, career growth, and professional development through his Growth Workshops. He has led hundreds of Growth Workshops, conducted thousands of interviews, and helped hire thousands of candidates, giving him a practical and results-driven perspective on career strategy, branding, and business growth.
